The person behind
MVMNT Matters.
A Note From Elie
I started MVMNT Matters because I wanted to practice physical therapy differently—to have the time to listen, understand the whole picture, and provide truly individualized care.
My goal is simple: to help you feel confident in your body and get back to the life you want to live.
My Story
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for helping people move well and stay active. I spent seven years at Howard Head Sports Medicine/Vail Health treating orthopedic and post-surgical conditions, and my experience also includes working with professional athletes through the USTA Pro Circuit.
One of the most meaningful moments in my career was receiving a hospital-wide, patient-nominated award for excellence in patient care—recognition that reflects what I value most about being a PT: building relationships, listening well, and making care personal. I created MVMNT Matters to bring that same approach to every visit: expert, one-on-one care that considers the whole person and is built around your life and your goals.
Whether you're working through pain, returning to something you love, or striving to perform at your best, I'm here to help you get back to what moves you.
Because movement matters.

Outside of PT
I'm a lifelong lover of movement and the outdoors. You'll find me running, golfing, spending time in the mountains, or chasing after my two little ones.
I understand what it means to juggle a busy life while trying to stay active—and I bring that same balance and perspective to the care I provide.
